Alana De La Garza, an amazing actress, has made a lasting impression in the film industry. De La Garza's parents were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. She moved to Texas to pursue the career of a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time before she moved in Orlando Florida. She took part in a wide range of acting roles, including local independent films and commercials. Small roles didn't deter her from discovering that she was a fan of acting. Then she moved in New York in 2001 and landed her very first role as Rosa Santos on All My Children which is a soap for the daytime. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. The role she landed was in the year 2004, on the underrated drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some outstanding TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. The character she's most famous for was the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Her character was later seen on the short-lived sequel Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress-TV by Imagen Foundation Awards as well as several ALMA Award nominations. She received the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition for her outstanding performance on a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then cast as a recurring actor in CSI Miami. She was cast as Marisol Delko, who is the spouse of David Caruso's Horatio. In the role of Dr. Lena Solis, she was most recently seen on NBC's rather dark drama Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is born of Italian origin and also has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years her junior. Milano was born into the strictest and most religious family. Milano was only seven years old old when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Four girls were chosen out of more than 1000 aspirants. Milano appeared in TV commercials as well as off Broadway shows, including the American first musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
